Terms of Service

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and ensuring user access within your organization is authorized.

You must provide accurate account information and promptly update material changes.

Acceptable use

You may not use Zeitrex to violate applicable laws, interfere with service operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

You may not reverse engineer or abuse platform services beyond normal product use.

Billing and subscription

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Service availability

Zeitrex may perform maintenance, updates, and security changes to keep the platform reliable and secure.

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Operator, licensed assets, and beta disclaimer

The service is provided and operated by Lucention Labs Inc. and may include assets used under license.

By using the service, you agree that no implicit contractual relationship is created between you and any underlying asset or intellectual property holder.

The service is offered in beta form and may change, contain defects, or be discontinued.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucention Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, the total aggregate liability of Lucention Labs Inc. arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, excluding conflict of law rules.

Subject to mandatory rights under applicable law, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post an updated version with a new effective date and provide reasonable notice through the service or by email.

Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
